How Virtual or Online Physiotherapy Services work

a statement returned to you.

Once you RECEIVE this confirmation, you can give your time/day preference for your virtual appointment.

Your appointment shall be BOOKED within the hour, and

your preference of ZOOM, TEAMS, FACETIME or PHONE contact information shall be confirmed.

Once your appointment begins, your service shall include:

  1. Our introduction, and your informed consent as to what shall be provided during your virtual service
  2. We shall identify your health, wellness or injury concern and begin a General Health Assessment
  3. We shall review your past history and how you came to contact our Physiotherapy service
  4. We offer movement and gait analysis
  5. We provide an exercise or movement consult
  6. We offer ergonomic assessment of your home or work site, task workstation
  7. We provide immediate, and easy changes to your biomechanics; or how you DO your work, activity or sport
  8. We offer further home or clinical visits to progress any rehabilitation program
  9. We provide immediate home, pain relief by accessing the virtual catalogue of orthopaedic supports, braces, modalities available; we can process the order for you, and have the product delivered to your home (at NO EXTRA COST)
  10. We can provide Sport or Orthopaedic REFERRAL to the Legacy or Pan Am Sportsmedicine facilities; saving you to wait in line for an appointment

Easy to Understand Fees

The average ‘in-clinic’ fee for Physiotherapy services in Winnipeg 2023 was $85,

our virtual service fee is $45.

If you have a company benefits plan or private insurance, we BILL DIRECT to your provider at no extra cost and can essentially double the physiotherapy sessions that your plan covers in a year.

As stated, with your consent the benefit plan or insurance will be confirmed and a statement provided; this process requires your plan/group numbers and your individual certificate/id numbers with your provider.
