ice packs, massage, simple stretching may not be enough to change your pain; I will use a kinesio- or movement tape (no charge), to support and test whether an orthotic is our ‘next step’.
I can provide specific exercises and functional changes you can put to work immediately to get you back to your chosen activity. I will analyze your gait, how you stand and walk, to assess your biomechanics and apply appropriate treatment to reduce your pain.
